Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cellsof Balb/c mice immunized with human cardiac troponin complex (MAbs 7B9, 12G3) or isolatedslow skeletal isoform of TnC (MAb 1A2).

Specificity:
Human TnC. No cross-reactivity with cTnT and cTnI. All MAbs recognize TnC also in binary complex with cTnI.

IgG1 for MAb 7B9
IgG2a for MAb 1A2
IgG2b for MAb 12G3
Applications:
TnC immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification.
All MAbs work in Western blotting.
