Monoclonal mouse anti-rotavirus A

New MAbs: 2A12, 7A12, 13B5, 3G12, 12H1.
Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified bovine rotavirus, cell culture adapted strain MR.

MAbs 2A12, 7A12, 13B5: Vp6 inner capsid protein
MAbs 3G12, 12H1: Vp7 outer capsid protein
All MAbs react with bovine and human rotavirus.

IgG2a for MAbs  2A12, 7A12,
IgG2b for MAbs 13B5, 3G12
IgA for MAb 12H1

All MAbs are working in EIA and Western blotting.
