MAbs recognize Listeria monocytogenes outer membrane fraction. All MAbs recognize also intact L. monocytogenes cells.

IgG1 for MAb LZH1
IgG2a for MAbs LZF7, and LZG7
IgM for MAb LZA2

Detection of Listeria monocytogenes in indirect ELISA and Western blotting.
Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): LZH1 – LZF7.

Chromatography on protein G Sepharose, except MAb LZA2 is purified by euglobulin precipitation.
