Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with influenza A/FPV H7N1 virus (MAbs 1H11, 6B5, 9A9, 9F2, 10C6, 10H9) or with Influenza A/Netherlands/219/03 H7N7 virus derived from allantoic fluid of 10 days old embryonated eggs (MAbs InA331, InA334, InA414).Specificity:Influenza A haemagglutinin H7.
MAbs 6B5 and 10H9 have low cross-reactivity to H1.
MAb 9F2 has low-cross-reactivity to H1 and H10.
MAb 1H11 has also low-cross-reactivity to H1 and H13.MAb Isotypes:IgG1 for MAbs 9F2, 10H9, InA331, InA334
IgG2a for MAbs 1H11, 9A9, 10C6
IgG2b for MAbs 6B5, InA414Applications:MAbs 1H11, 6B5, 9A9, 9F2, 10C6 and 10H9 react with hemaglutinin H7 in hemagluttinin inhibition(HI) test.
