Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with TSH from human pituitary gland.

Specificity:

 7G12cc: 10C7cc:: whole molecule of human TSH

TSH11E4cc, 1CT1, 7CT8: beta-subunit of human and canine

TSH10C7cc, 11E4cc, 7G12cc, TSB1, 1CT1 and 7CT8 do not cross-react with human LH, FSH and HCG.

TSB4 does not cross-react with human LH and FSH, but it cross-reacts with human HCG.

MAb 11E4cc reacts with beta-subunit of human and canine TSH in Western blotting under non-reducing conditions.

MAbs 1CT1 and 11E4cc react with beta-subunit of canine TSH in Western blotting under non-reducing conditions
