Monoclonal mouse anti-human S-100 protein

3B10, 4B3 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human brain S-100 protein.

MAbs 4B3 are specific to S-100ßß and S-100. MAb 3B10 is specific to S-100.

  IgG2a for MAbs 3B10 and 4B3

S-100 immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification (except 4B3). All MAbs are working in Western blotting. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection):   MAbs 3B10 is sensitive to EDTA or other bivalent-binding agents. Better performance can be obtained in presence of 5 mM CaCl2 in the assay buffers.
