Monoclonal mouse anti-human epididymis protein 4 (HE4)

Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with native human epididymis protein 4 (HE4).

MAbs are divided in 2 epitope groups:
Group 1: MAbs 3C24
Group 2: MAbs 2B13, 9D42, 5G32

IgG1 for MAbs 2B13, 9D42, 3C24

Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection):
3C24 – 2B13
3C24 – 9D42

Ion exchange chromatography
