Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells

of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human atherosclerotic tissue form of PAPP-A.

Specificity:
Human recombinant PAPP-A and human endogenous PAPP-A from atherosclerotic tissue (dimeric

form of PAPP-A). No cross-reactivity with human heterotetrameric complex of PAPP-A (PAPP-A/

proMBP).

MAb Isotypes:
IgG1 for all MAbs

Applications:

dPAPP-A immunoassays and immunoprecipitation.
