Hybridoma clones for MAbs 8B9, 11D3 and 12A6 have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with placental transferrin receptor or transferrin.Specificity:Human transferrin for all MAbs.
Complex between transferrin and soluble transferrin receptor for MAbs 8B9 and 11D3.
MAbs 1C10 do not cross-react with mouse, rabbit, bovine transferrin and with human lactoferrin.MAb Isotypes:IgG1 for all MAbsApplications:Detection of transferrin in serum by sandwich immunoassay.
