MAbs:
Adn23, Adn27, Adn36, Adn63, Adn94, Adn214, Adn222, Adn279, Adn305
Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant adiponectin from E. coli (MAbs Adn23) or with native human adiponectin (MAbs Adn27, Adn36, Adn63, Adn94, Adn214, Adn222, Adn279 and Adn305).
Specificity:
Human serum adiponectin
MAb Isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs Adn63, Adn94, Adn214, Adn222, Adn279, Adn305
IgG2a for MAbs, Adn23, Adn27, Adn36
Applications:
MAbs Adn23, Adn63, Adn214 and Adn222 react with human serum adiponectin in Western blotting.
MAbs Adn23 and Adn63 recognise the whole spectrum of oligomeric forms of adiponectin after nonheating, non-reducing SDS-PAGE.
