Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with inactivate FMD virus (MAbs 2D2)

MAbs 2D2 is specific for virulent serotype O1.

IgG2a for MAbs 2D2

All MAbs are working in ELISA. MAbs 2D2 is working also in immunodiffusion.

Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
