Monoclonal mouse anti-corticoliberin

Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with corticoliberin, conjugated with bovine serum albumin.

Human corticoliberin.
MAb 4H9 reacts with human corticoliberin with Kd=1,3×10-9M (native) and 1,8×10-10M (denaturated).
MAb 5D5 reacts with human corticoliberin with Kd=3,6×10-10M (native) and 1,1×10-10M (denaturated).
