Before and after reconstitution at -70 °C (between -65 and -80 °C allowed)

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing.
To avoid loss of immunological activity it is recommended to reconstitute lyophilized protein in 50 mM sodium acetate, pH 4.2 to obtain the same proBNP concentration that was before lyophilization. After reconstitution store at -70 °C.
