Purification is conducted from broken yeast cells by following scheme: clarification, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, ion-exchange chromatography, ultracentrifugation, sterile filtration.

10 mM NaH₂PO₄, pH 7.2, 0.03 % Tween-20

Purity > 95 % (SDS-PAGE).

Each lot is tested for protein content (Lowry method), lipid content (Total lipid), purity (SDS-PAGE), antigen content (WB).

Tested in WB.

-20 °C (-15 … -30 °C allowed)

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing.
