CRP free serum

Pooled normal human serum. Blood samples from donors were tested and found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, and HCV.

CRP free serum can be used for preparation of CRP standards and calibrators.

According to ELISA testing CRP free serum does not contain more than 0.02 µg/ml of human CRP.

Immunoaffinity chromatography of pooled normal human serum.
Gel for affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-CRP monoclonal antibodies with BrCNactivated Sepharose CL 4B.

Frozen liquid.

-20 °C (between -15 and -30 °C allowed)
